Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
NosyWing (“we”) provides competitor-monitoring software. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password.
- Your settings: the competitor websites you track, your own website (optional) and a Slack webhook (optional).
- Sample report requests: the email and competitor URL you submit.
- Billing: payments for paid plans are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
How we use it
To run the service (snapshot public competitor pages, detect changes, send digests), to send account and service emails (digests, alerts, password resets, teardown reports), and to bill paid plans.
Newsletter emails are opt-in. We send our competitor-intel tips newsletter only if you tick a box for it (at sign-up, on a sample report, at teardown checkout or in Settings). Signing up or requesting a sample report doesn't add you to it. Turn it off any time in Settings or with the unsubscribe link in any newsletter.
Who we share it with
Only the processors that run NosyWing: Vercel (hosting and storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery and our email list), and an AI provider via Vercel AI Gateway that summarises public competitor page text (your personal data isn't sent to it). We don't sell personal data.
Competitor data
We only read publicly available web pages, at a polite rate of about once a day per page.
Retention and your rights
We keep your data while your account is active. To access, export or delete your data, send us a message through our contact form and we'll act within 30 days. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link in any NosyWing email, or turn digest emails or the newsletter off in Settings.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date above and, for material changes, tell you by email.
